Contemporary/Improvisation Class

This class offers an exciting opportunity for high school students and adults interested in contemporary movement and improvisation. It is designed for those who desire to express themselves through dance, whether they are seasoned dancers or absolute beginners struggling to find their rhythm. Participants will be encouraged to explore their own movement styles and dance freely, fostering both creativity and confidence. This class will mainly be in English with a little of Japanese.

Ballet Preclass

In this delightful classical ballet lesson designed for children aged three and over, young dancers will explore the joy of movement while being immersed in native English conversation. The session begins with friendly greetings in English, fostering communication skills alongside ballet. After warm-up stretches aimed at enhancing flexibility, children will engage in expressive movements that encourage creativity and self-expression. The core of the lesson focuses on teaching the basics of ballet, ensuring that every child, regardless of gender, feels welcomed and included. A class for children at elementary school age. This is a stimulating and fun lesson where you can learn ballet from the basics while being exposed to native English conversation. Our goal of this class would be to give you an opportunity to learn about the joy of dancing ballet.

Ballet Upper Class

Immerse yourself in a unique learning experience designed for junior high school students and adults alike! Join our engaging ballet class taught by a skilled American instructor, where you'll not only discover the art of ballet but also enhance your English language skills. This authentic ballet lesson creates an atmosphere reminiscent of studying abroad, providing a cultural and educational adventure that transcends the dance floor. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, our fun and interactive sessions will inspire you to move gracefully while enriching your vocabulary and conversational abilities.

Point Class

This class is designed for beginner and intermediate dancers looking to enhance their pointe work skills. Participants will focus on building strength and articulation in their feet through targeted exercises at the barre, which will serve as essential support for developing proper technique. The structured routine emphasizes not only strengthening but also the refinement of movement to ensure that dancers master the fundamentals of pointe work. Following the barre session, the class will transition to center work, where dancers will apply the strength and skills gained, practicing without the support of the barre.
